Flat-screen TV included, and I appreciated the free parking. No pets allowed was a downside.

The experience at this location was disappointing. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, leading to sleepless nights, while the lack of cleanliness throughout the room was alarming, with dirt accumulating in corners and the bathroom requiring cleaning supplies upon arrival. Additionally, the 'free' Wi-Fi was unreliable, demanding payment for access. The only redeeming aspect was the consistent hot water available in the shower.

The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks away from shops and eateries,, making my visit more enjoyable!

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on,, and the shower needed cleaning supplies upon arrival.

The advertised clean linens and towels were not provided during my stay!!! It was disappointing to find no room service available, and communication with the property manager was frustratingly poor and unprofessional!!!

I really enjoyed how close this place was to some beautiful parks like Cox Arboretum, just 2.5 km away where I spent the morning walking and taking in the views. There were several local restaurants like Osaka Sushi and Hibachi Buffet right around the corner, making it easy to grab a meal after my strolls.

The kitchenette was handy for our large family stay, allowing us to prepare quick meals while traveling with our small dog. The location was convenient, just a couple of blocks from shops and eateries, which made our visit more enjoyable.

My kids wished for better cleanliness standards.

I appreciated the well-maintained laundry room, as it made my stay more convenient. The smoking areas were clean and had proper disposal bins, which added to the overall nice surroundings.

The laundry room was very convenient, especially during my week-long stay. The front desk hours are too limited, making it hard to get assistance.

I loved the cozy vibe in my Superior Studio, especially with the hot shower after a long day and the comfy chair for lounging. The hotel had a nice small outdoor area that offered a great place to unwind. The only downside was the lack of breakfast options, but there are plenty of nearby spots to grab a bite! 😊

I arrived for a lengthy stay and found the location not too bad. The photos looked nice, and they were accurate. I appreciated having my own kitchenette, but there were very few kitchen supplies, like no pots or pans, which made cooking difficult. The size of the room was decent. I had space to move around. I enjoyed the laundry facilities, very convenient when staying a while. However, I wasn’t thrilled with the front desk hours. It was challenging when I needed assistance since the office was only open Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm. Also, the cleanliness really left much to be desired. The floors hadn't been cleaned before my arrival, and I found dust in the corners. On the plus side, the shower had hot water, which was a relief after a long day.

The laundry room was great. and nice outdoor space to relax. Parking was easy. The location offered convenience with local shops within walking distance.
